Refund Process SneakersDen: Easy Returns & Customer Support
đ§ Step 1: Submit Refund Request
Email us at support@sneakersden.in within 7 days of product delivery with the subject:
"Refund Request â [Your Order ID]"
Please include:
Order ID
Product details
Reason for refund
Photos (if product is damaged/defective)
â Step 2: Refund Request Review
Our customer support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
If approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
đĻ Step 3: Return the Product
Send the product back to the provided return address in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
Return shipping costs may be applicable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
đŗ Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refund will be initiated within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
âšī¸ Note:
If your order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) due to non-delivery, we will first re-attempt the delivery.
If the second attempt is unsuccessful or the product cannot be delivered, we will process your refund after the RTO process is completed.
Refunds are not applicable for used products, items damaged after delivery, or products bought during a final sale (unless defective).
